Butter Chicken
Slow-cooked tomato and cream sauce with tender spiced chicken.
Our Story
The Empire Kitchen began at village pub in Hampshire, in August 2024.
We developed our British-Indian dishes in our own working pub kitchen, serving them to real customers and refining the menu around what people genuinely loved.
Now we’re taking that experience beyond our own kitchen — partnering with pubs, inns and local venues to bring great British-Indian food closer to communities across Britain.
Our dishes weren’t created in a test kitchen. They were developed and served in a working British village pub.
A carefully developed food range designed to work naturally alongside the great British pub experience.
